Brunswick Stew

Brothers, our 13th annual Brunswick Stew Fundraiser is tentatively scheduled for February 13th and 14th, 2026.
We will need many hands over the 2 days to prep, cook, package and deliver our Stew. Here are the times of the various needs:
Thursday February 6th
8:00AM - Begin cooking pulled pork (tentative)
Friday February 13th
5:00PM - 8:00PM - Food preparation - many potatoes and onions to peal and dice
8:00PM - 3:00AM - Cooking - stirring the pot, stoking the fire
Saturday February 14th
1:30am - 3:00AM - Packaging - get it ready for the customers
3:00AM - 4:00AM - Clean-up - cleaning the pots and Scout hut
4:00AM - Departure
You can sign-up for any or all of the above by going to our Sign-up Genius (available in November). We also will need brothers to sell tickets for the Stew. Please contact the Sehwastew Advisor/Chair to get your tickets in November. We are planning to pre-sell 280 tickets next year.
