The Order of the Arrow is recognized as the national honor society of Scouting America. Membership is granted to those who best exemplify the traits of the Scout Oath and Law, and by such upstanding conduct, inspire others to emulate those principles. You have been inducted to the OA and welcomed into the Sehwatu Chapter because you best live up to the ideals of the Scout Oath and Law in your daily life. The Order of the Arrow is a service-oriented organization.
